Compact Flash cards, SD cards, mini-SD cards, Transflash cards, MMC and RS-MMC, USB sticks
easyreplication has the production capabilities to copy the contents of flash cards and USB sticks. Up to 50,000 memory cards (512 MB) can be copied, labelled and assembled on our equipment each day, and also inserted into blister packs if required.
We work with Compact Flash cards, SD cards, mini-SD cards, Transflash cards, MMC and RS-MMC, USB sticks, MP3 players and SONY PSP memory cards.
Flash cards are extremely sensitive, so the professional duplication of music, navigation software, games, ring tones, or logos onto memory cards calls for corresponding care to be taken.
For this reason, our special ISO-certified ESD clean room is equipped with conductive flooring, chairs and desktops, as well as a climate control system to regulate air humidity. Staff are issued with ESD overalls, wristbands and shoes, and are checked for electromagnetic charges before they enter the area.
As is standard throughout easyreplication production areas, there are, in addition to security cameras, electronic access controls and locks, guaranteeing complete security for these very valuable memory cards.
We write the memory cards 'en bloc', verifying the success of the writing process several times, and thus ensuring that no unwritten or partly written memory card leaves our factory (a failure rate of less than 0.01%).
Memory cards which are physically damaged are automatically flagged by the system and separated out. At the duplication stage, copy protection and serialization can also be built into the process. |
